Cut the Apple (seeds removed), banana, greens and whisk in a blender with the addition of 150g of water [:-}
Add to the blender with the remaining water, lemon juice and knead well, then pass through sitico (in order to use a more rigid residues from the parsley) in a tall glass...
Decorate cocktails to your taste *of HI* and cancel any snack after 6 PM *HI*
