Liver soufflé
Air and easy casserole will appeal to both adults and children. Without too much oil and frying, with useful vegetable additives. Very tasty dinner (hot) and a pleasant snack (when cool).

Ingredients

  • Cereals buckwheat

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Cooking

Buckwheat flakes pour hot milk, let stand to cool and swell the cereal.

To cook the minced liver (I purerave blenderm). Eggs slightly beaten, mix with minced meat and cereals.

Onion, peeled apples and carrots grate on a fine grater. To add to hepatic mass of buckwheat, season with salt and pepper.

The resulting mixture pour into a greased bowl multivarki. To cook in the "baking" for about an hour. Cool slightly and remove with the steamer.

Ready souffle cut into portions pieces and serve with the vegetables and herbs. Very tender, tasty and healthy!
