Pumpkin peeled and seeds and RUB on a coarse grater. I have a food processor, which significantly speeds up and simplifies the grinding of the pumpkin. Put the grated pumpkin in a large bowl and set aside.
Now for the onions. It should be cleaned, cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Fried onions should be roughly the same amount as the grated pumpkin. So it is better to be guided by this principle, and not by their initial weight.
When the onions finally pagaran it will need to mix it with pumpkin. Pumpkin fry is not necessary. And next, you will most importantly, we should pour our stuffing salt, sugar and pepper. Their number is very dependent on your tastes and habits, as well as from the taste of pumpkin and onions. I pour quite a lot of both, so that was clearly felt and the sweetness and salt. But you focus on your taste: put a little - tried, and so until you don't like it. Since we love spicy, I add a lot of pepper.
