  • Capelin

  • Onion

    50 g

  • Pepper

    50 g

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

Capelin spicy salted dry excess brine on a napkin, have to fillet

Cut into strips fillet capelin, bell pepper, red onion and greens

For the filling, combine the soy sauce "Kikkoman", sugar, mustard and fragrant sunflower oil.
