When talking about Italian cuisine, the first that comes to mind, of course, pizza! What it did not happen - open, closed, with different toppings, thick and thin dough. Today I want to introduce a pretty original recipe pizza closed "Pizza Chena ", referring to the cuisine of southern Italy. And that it is unusual you will find in the recipe.

Pizza Chena (Pizza Gaina) is a two-layer cake with lots of toppings. Traditionally it is baked Housewives of southern Italy for the Easter holidays. But nothing prevents us to taste it now.
