On the eve of Valentine's Day I want to treat You to a nice crepes with raspberry sauce and chocolate. Very tasty. Great flow, spectacular colors. Definitely serve them a La carte, but on the same plate as a sign of unity with Your spouse. Let this treat makes a wonderful dessert, finishing Your dinner. Cooking
To begin prepare pancakes. Whisk egg with salt and sugar. You can do this with a whisk, but a mixer is better.
Then add gradually the flour. Beat again until smooth.
Add the vegetable oil TM "Oleina" classic. Whisk.
Embers pan on maximum heat. Add a little vegetable oil TM "Oleina" classic. Wipe the pan with a rag. Fry the pancakes on the fire above average.
These are the pancakes we got.
Now prepare the sauce. For this it is better to use fresh raspberries, but frozen will turn out not worse. A few berries leave for decoration.
Raspberries put in a saucepan, add sugar and water.
Bring to a boil, keep on heat for 5 minutes.
Recline on the fine sieve. So get rid of the bones. We only want the syrup.
The syrup is again returned to the stove. Starch dilute, with the addition of cold water, just a little bit, and gradually pour in the syrup, stirring constantly. I use corn starch, but potato. Bring to a boil and keep on heat until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
For the chocolate sauce we melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave, add the butter and milk. Mix thoroughly, until smooth. Raspberry and chocolate sauce pour our pancakes. If you want to submit them as I have, that each pancake collapsible tube and obliquely cut into slices, put in the form of a flower.
