Carrot salsa
The carrot salsa is used as a seasoning or sauce for grilled meat, fish, poultry or vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Green onions

  • Salt

Ingredients to prepare sauce.

Peel the carrots and grate on a fine grater.

Finely chop the peppers under running water, remove seeds. Better to do it with gloves on.

All chopped vegetables to connect, add salt and grind in a blender. Add lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce and mix well. The finished sauce to cool for 1-2 hours, after which all the ingredients are filled with the flavors of each other. Actually this is the main secret of making salsa.
