Pork with sesame seeds
Love the meat cooked in sesame seeds, and even the Chinese style. Recipes such meat I have tried a lot. The Pillsbury also have something similar, but my version seems perfect...

Ingredients

  • Pork

    700 g

  • Sesame

    5 Tbsp

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Water

    80 ml

  • Allspice

  • Onion

    1 piece

Take a clean, dry the pan well heated, pour sesame seeds in it. Fry it, while stirring, until it becomes a beautiful Golden color. Most importantly, do not overdo it - sesame seeds can burn very quickly.

And again. Once the sesame seeds have changed color from peresypaya it from the pan to a plate or bowl. Don't place the seeds in a frying pan!

Prepare a simple, traditional Chinese sauce. Mix in a bowl the honey and teriyaki sauce (you can substitute soy). I pushed back 3 more cloves of garlic (you suggest). Our reserve sauce at room temperature.

My meat, lightly dry it with a paper towel and cut into not very large pieces (about 7 by 5 cm). It sprinkle with ground black pepper and leave for 5 minutes.

Well, then, it's simple. Omit the meat in the sauce for literally two minutes. In the picture, only one piece, but generally put on several pieces at once, not forgetting to flip in a minute.

Then, each piece of meat thoroughly coat in sesame seeds on each side.

Spread the meat in a bowl multivarki. Mix cold boiled water with the remaining sauce and gently pour it into the bowl (not touching our meat).
