I come to you with another salad, salads as we know does not happen much. This salad I cooked during the new year holidays, taste like. A pleasant combination of spicy stewed vegetables with salted fish and shrimp.

Products for the salad.
Cut pepper and carrots into strips, onion - half rings.
Vegetables fried in three tablespoons of olive oil over high heat 5 minutes.
Add to the vegetables a quarter Cup of hot water, white wine, wine vinegar, sugar, salt, rosemary and carcass under the lid on low heat until cooked (until soft carrots). Cool and remove the sprig of rosemary.
Salted salmon cut into strips, olives - sliced, shrimp thoroughly watered lemon juice.
With vegetables, drain the liquid (a couple tablespoons left, sprinkle the finished salad) percu, mix.
Shrimp fry in the remaining olive oil, give pre-evaporate the liquid from them.
On a dish lay out the leaves of lettuce, a wreath.
Then, in the middle of the vegetables.
On top of the vegetables pieces of fish, shrimp, pour the sauce formed by the braising of vegetables (I had one tablespoon) and garnish with olives. If you want you can add spice with a little balsamic vinegar.
