Eggplant salad Provencal
Delicious, delicious salad will decorate any holiday table. The combination of ingredients is unusual, but very harmonious. It's impossible to stop!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    120 g

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Lettuce

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Green olives

    100 g

  • Tuna

    200 g

  • Olive oil

Mix the vinegar, salt, pepper, chopped walnuts and garlic.

Eggplant peel, cut into small cubes. I'm for easing sent the vegetables in 1.5 minutes in the microwave at a power of 1000 watts. In the original recipe the eggplant is the thermal processing. Spread with dressing and leave to marinate in a cool place at least 2 hours.
