Mix the vinegar, salt, pepper, chopped walnuts and garlic.
Eggplant peel, cut into small cubes. I'm for easing sent the vegetables in 1.5 minutes in the microwave at a power of 1000 watts. In the original recipe the eggplant is the thermal processing. Spread with dressing and leave to marinate in a cool place at least 2 hours.
Boil and clean the eggs, cut them into slices. If using quail eggs, cut them in half.
Tuna cut into small pieces.
Salad break hands (I left whole leaves, so it looks better in the photo). Mix with the eggplant, canned tuna and eggs. To fill with vegetable oil.
