Salad cooked very quickly, just, but it has a great combination of sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella and sunflower seeds! I eat it when dieting and not only! Hearty and not so rich in calories! Salad first time eating at the restaurant... Mmm... delicious! Try it and you...

Ingredients

  • Mozzarella

    100 g

  • Sundried tomatoes

    50 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    160 g

  • Pumpkin seeds

    10 g

  • Balsamic

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 tsp

Cooking

Mozzarella and cherry tomatoes cut into halves.

With sun-dried tomatoes to drain the oil and cut into arbitrary pieces.

Mix all, pour balsamic vinegar and olive oil (my oil from under sun-dried tomatoes like). Mix well.

Before serving, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds (I had sunflower seeds) and pour balsamic cream. Bon appetit!
