The Cream Nocturne
Took the recipe from the cookbook, well, a very delicate dessert turned out!

Ingredients

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Milk

    80 g

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Gelatin

    8 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

Cooking

Gelatin soak in 60g of water to swell.

Cocoa mix with warm milk

Yolks pound with sugar and mix with cocoa. The mixture boil on a water bath until thick.

Mix with gelatin, heat the mixture until it dissolves, cool.

Cream, beat to a foam, gradually still whisking,enter the egg-milk mixture.

Mass pour into molds and cool.

Before serving, put the cream from the molds by lowering them for a few seconds in hot water. Decorate.
