Cookies
A very tasty cookie. The dough contains persimmons, which makes it very unusual. Try it and you will not remain indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Persimmon

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Hazelnuts

    0.5 cup

I had a persimmon frozen (since autumn left). I thawed in the microwave. I removed the top skin gently, pulled out the seeds and separated the stems, ground in a food processor, puree.

To puree the persimmons add the baking powder, cinnamon, egg, soft butter, sugar, chopped nuts and hazelnut flour. I have mixed everything in the same place in a food processor until smooth.

Pan lightly grease with butter and using a pastry bag with nozzle "star" spread the form of spirals cookies.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 30 minutes. Take out, spread on a plate and serve with TEA!!!
