This recipe shashlik is done very quickly. Marinated only 2 hours of preparing 1 hour. And the meat turns out juicy, like marinated 10 hours. So, if You to the country will suddenly come to visit, this recipe is very useful.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    500 ml

    150 ml
