Description
Crispy Peri-Peri - a Chinese dish with a nice spicy sauce. My second dish with a Sunday picnic at the lake. Very tasty and great for any picnic.

Cooking
Chicken fillet cut into strips.
Marinate for 2 hours in soy sauce and lemon juice.
After 2 hours of doing bread "track" of flour, eggs - lightly beaten with a teaspoon of milk and breadcrumbs.
Each chicken strip dip them in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
Fry in deep fat to a beautiful Golden color. Of the three modes temperature selectable 2 to Peri-Peri is not scorched and fried to a beautiful Golden color. After frying, spread on paper napkin to remove excess oil. Sprinkle a pinch of Cayenne pepper.
Sauce: mix 1 tbsp soy sauce Kikkoman, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, a teaspoon of lemon juice and a teaspoon of wasabi. Shaken and served with Peri-Peri and vegetables. Put in a container and go on a picnic!
