Roll with beans and bacon
The idea of this loaf came to me during a conversation with friends about who like to bake lobiani. Decided to conduct a preliminary experiment and share the outcome with you. The experiment has justified itself.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    400 g

  • Bacon

    1 pack

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Milk

  • Yolk egg

Cooking

Boil the beans and mash presnica, then beat with a mixer.

Diced onion and fry until Golden brown.

Combine with beans, salt, and pepper. Beans should be just a little too salty, but just a little.

Again beat with a mixer. Should be light, airy mashed potatoes.

Roll out the dough rectangle, spread it on strips of bacon.

The bacon spread bean puree and level.

Turn the roulade, spread on a baking sheet and put in preheated oven. Bake at t 180* 40 to 45 minutes. 5 minutes before readiness grease with a mixture of egg yolk with milk and put on top of the fire (if any of course).

Slice and eat cold.
