Pie with potatoes and ham
Good, very rich pie. Completely replace dinner. Recipe from the "school of Gastronome". Slightly modified... a bit.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Butter

    4.5 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Potatoes

    800 g

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Cheese

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Nutmeg

  • Spices

Cooking

Sift the flour into a bowl together with baking powder, add salt. Cut in butter.

Add the flour butter and yogurt. Mix and put on floured surface. Knead smooth, elastic dough, return it to the bowl, cover and set aside.

Cook potatoes in salted water for 25 minutes to Dry, mash into a puree with butter. Season with black pepper and nutmeg.

Cheese grate on a coarse grater, add it to the cooled potatoes and mix thoroughly. Ham, cheddar and eggs into small cubes and mix gently in a bowl (this step, sorry, forgot to withdraw, the husband got distracted) and it was beautiful: in a bowl, pink ham, orange cheddar and yellow and white eggs.

Roll the dough into a thin layer and spread on a greased baking sheet.

Top evenly distribute the mashed potatoes, digressing a little from the edges to flatten.

On top of the potatoes evenly sprinkle the mixture of ham, cheddar and eggs.

The edges of the dough a little to stretch, wrap up and stung.

Put the pie in a pre-heated to 190*C oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
