Lorinsky pie with chicken and mushrooms
A delicious and hearty pie, the classic harmony of chicken and mushrooms combined with a soft, tender dough.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Chicken breast

    300 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

Knead the dough by combining the flour, egg, softened butter, a pinch of salt and add 3 tbsp water

The obtained dough is wrapped in plastic wrap for 30 minutes and place in the refrigerator

Cut the mushrooms and onions, fry in vegetable oil on low heat, add spices and salt. When the mushrooms will be brought until soft, adding sliced chicken (also optional, you can add cauliflower and broccoli, pre-cooked), bring to readiness

Take the dough from the refrigerator, roll out on a Board and spread in a baking dish, previously slightly greased with vegetable oil (dough fat)

Put in preheated oven and bake at medium temperature for about 30-45 min (depending on oven) until tender.
