Poppy seed cake
On the eve of the New Year we would like to entertain your guests with something delicious without spending a lot of time and effort in from just such a recipe and also more and a great fit - for all of you! I baked it to work for my husband - they have a small celebration at the company marking the end of the year. Cut did not, so as not to spoil the view.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Mac

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    15 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

Do I take the glass and use it by the scoop (in a Cup placed approximately 200 g of sugar), but just in case I will specify all in grams.

Beat the eggs with sugar until white. Add wet foods to mix, then dry, and then sift the flour with the baking powder. The dough is ready. Cover a baking sheet (I 42/35 cm) with parchment paper and bake at 175-200° for 30-40 minutes. Cream whipped with vanilla sugar.

Take out, let cool then cut lengthwise into 2 Korzh lubricated whipped cream. Cover with a second Korzh.

Upper Korzh spread cream made of condensed milk: beat the soft butter, then add condensed milk and beat until smooth. Melt the chocolate or you can cook yourself (milk+sugar+cocoa+margarine or butter). Apply across the surface of the strips up and down, and then with a fork to draw wavy lines - done!

Put the cake in the refrigerator to frozen cream.
