Camembert, baked with nuts and olives
It is rather a recipe for weekend or holiday. If correctly prepared and of the right cheese, you get incredibly tasty hot appetizer French cuisine under semi-dry white, dry wine or champagne.

Ingredients

  • Soft cheese

    350 g

  • Rosemary

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Olives

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Baguette

Everything is very plain, but very tasty. Camembert unpack, remove foil, parchment to write. Leave the cheese in a wooden box, it is necessary to ensure that the cheese kept its shape when baking. Notching the top of the cheese in several places with a knife. Stick in every slice of the walnut, a few needles of rosemary, chopped slice the olives. Honey you need to use liquid, but if the honey is thick, put it for 20-30 seconds in the microwave.

Mix olive oil, white balsamic vinegar (or some lemon juice) and honey and pepper. Pour this dressing over the cheese and bake in a preheated 200*C without convection (!) the oven for 10-15 minutes. I recommend to increase the amount of ingredients for the sauce in two or three times :).
