Cooking
For the dough mix all of the ingredients into a homogeneous mass. It is the consistency like thick cream.
Form grease with oil, put into it a spoonful of the dough (for 1 crust about 3-4 tablespoons). From this number we get 5 cakes.
Bake in a preheated gas oven at 200-220 degrees for 10-15 minutes. The cake will not become dark or red in color, but will remain bright.
Prepare cream: nuts, pour hot milk, mix well. Add the whites, oil, sugar, mix well until smooth. When all cakes are ready and cooled, brush each with cream, superimposing them on each other (in General, as usual).
Decorate top as desired. I sprinkled grated chocolate on top put along the edges of zafiraki "Smeshariki", the remains of the candied fruit and nutmeg the letter "E".
