Spicy cucumbers in Chinese
Recently I saw a recipe of cucumbers http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/127 790/ Alia alarm clock. And I remembered forgotten recipe, which made mommy, 20 years ago, and she brought it from China. I want to share it with you, look, this is not on the website.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    1 kg

  • Salt

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Coriander

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cooking

Cucumbers wash, cut off the "butt" cut into 4 pieces before reaching the end.
