Cooking
The dish is cooked in multivarka VITEK 4212-BK.
To connect Worcester and soy sauces, add the honey, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, and whisk. Add mint leaves, mix well.
Put the chicken thighs in the marinade and leave for half an hour to marinate.
Put the meat in a bowl multivarki, pour 1/2 part of the marinade. Enable "BAKING", leave the default (45 minutes).
20 minutes after the start of the program to turn the hips and pour remaining marinade. The cover multivarki close and cook until the end of program time. The sauce will become thick and will completely cover the meat.
When serving, sprinkle with chopped mint, if desired. Bon appetit!
