[color=red]the Filling No. 1:[/color] 2 boiled eggs, a bunch of onions and a bunch of dill - finely chopped, add a spoon of sour cream, salt, I also add a little black pepper to taste, mix well.
[color=red]the Filling №2:[/color] 1 boiled egg and wild garlic finely cut, cheese to RUB on a large grater, add a spoonful of sour cream, mix well. This stuffing I don't add salt because my mother and I are doing quite salty cheese.
The dough has come - prepare pies with two toppings of your choice. Here they are I did.
Heat in a pan large amount of vegetable oil (I use refined) and fry the patties on all sides.
