Bread Raduga
Extraordinarily beautiful and tasty bread!

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    150 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Carrots grate on a fine grater, broccoli boil 7 minutes and mash into a puree (I did in blender).

Mix yeast with sugar and 100 g of warm water. Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, oil and yeast (they should rise). Mix well and divide into 3 parts. In one add the carrots, the second - broccoli, and the third a little warm water (about half a Cup) until the dough become soft.

All 3 parts, knead well and leave on the table for a couple of hours. Required to cover the film, so as not zavetrilos. The dough should increase by 2-3 times.

Take the dough out of it and do 3 harness pony tail, and then connect the ends. This is what happens!

Put our bread on a baking sheet and leave for 50 minutes. Then put in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes. Readiness check wooden stick.
