In a bowl with fish add all the spices, salt, red pepper (black why do not recommend, but I would still next time added), squeeze lemon juice, add olive oil, onions (sliced), stir and leave to marinate for 20-25 minutes, not more, because the pieces will be dry and lean. While fish is marinating, gonna marinate the onions to the skewers. Onion cut into half rings, cover with water (so that the bow was completely in the water), add vinegar, and clean all aside until ready kebab. Now we go further: extract the fish from the marinade, remove the stuck pieces from the bow and strung on wooden skewers (previously soaked in water). Put the skewers on the grill, down under, be sure to put the pan, there will drip juice. We will cook in the oven under the grill. Preheat the oven to 270гр.
