Cooking
Beef and brisket cut into thin slices and beat. Lay 2 thin strips of bacon, a slice of beef, sprinkle with seasoning for meat and season with a little salt, then slice the breast,
again sprinkle with seasoning, put a slice of cheese (or a little grated cheese) and sprinkle with parsley. All together, fold rolls, stick 3 toothpicks vertically. Lay the rolls in a saucepan.
Put in the hot oven for 20 minutes. Pour over sauce and bake until tender (about 40 minutes). For the sauce mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and minced garlic.
Serve with boiled potatoes and fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!!!
