Description
I love all sorts of fancy recipes, not afraid to experiment. This is one of those experiences. I ate this wonderful soup alone)) Well, as a true scientist, try first for yourself)) Recipe I saw in the book Selezneva and decided to try it, but I got a little bit of your option. The main difference in the recipe does cherry liqueur, which I was not, but was "Baileys" - I added. Immediately after cooking, I tasted the soup - it I did not like some kind of alcoholic yogurt drink. But the next day... or the real thing, whether the alcohol is a bit weathered and it was like a soup with a very pleasant cherry taste of milk.

Cooking
Put the cherries, and mint (if using) in a blender and grind to puree.
Add the yogurt (kefir), liqueur and whisk again all.
Pour our soup into bowls. But my experience has shown that it is better to leave somewhere for a day and eat the next day - it really is delicious. You can decorate the soup with mint leaves and cherries (I have not decorated). If someone would prepare this soup in the original recipe with cherry liqueur and mint, share what you got!
