Cucumber salad in Korean
Prepare for new year's table quick and low-calorie cucumber salad.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

We will need the following ingredients:

Cucumbers cut into thin rings. The peel should not be removed.

In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce "Kikkoman", sesame oil, rice vinegar and ground red chili pepper.

Put in a bowl with the sauce and sliced cucumbers. On a dry pan fry sesame seeds until fragrant. Let the sesame seeds cool down and sprinkle it on a salad of cucumbers. Salad need to stand in a cool place 30 minutes before serving on a festive table.
