Description

Salad
Translates from Spanish as "Free Cuba." Very tasty and unusual salad, the namesake of the eponymous cocktail, with my minor changes. Great taste and appearance worthy spent on the preparation time. I would also like to note that the original used blue cheese DorBlu. I was making salad a few times and tried to replace DorBlu different types of cheese, white mold, even processed, and as a result every time was an interesting new taste. So, in my opinion, with the kinds of cheese you can experiment.
