Vegetable salad with mushrooms, drizzled in a tasty dressing, perfect for barbecue. It may be cooked at home and to take along on a picnic.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    200 g

  • Lettuce

    50 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

Carrots cut into ribbons with a vegetable peeler

The zucchinis with a vegetable peeler peel and then cut into strips
