Easy but tasty snack. For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Cooking
Mix the sour cream with mayonnaise. Carrots boil, peel and grate on a fine grater. Cheese also grate on a fine grater. Canned fish mash with a fork.
Cracker lubricated from two sides with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise, put on a dish.
On top of each cracker, spread a little grated carrot.
Then cover the carrots with a new cracker, smeared mixture on both sides.
Lay mashed canned fish.
Then again smeared cracker.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, decorate with finely chopped sweet peppers and paprika powder.
Allow to soak for 20-30 minutes.
