Tender cottage cheese casserole
Minimum ingredients, simple cooking. The most tender of all cheese casseroles I've tried. Thanks to Zepter cookware, prepared without oil, gluten-free, so use this casserole is undeniable.

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

Beat eggs.

Add condensed milk and again beat well.

Add the cheese and whisk. You can take any cheese I had with grains, is seen in the image.

In a cold Zepter pot to pour the mixture, it will be liquid.

Cover with a lid. To turn the stove on, heating should be minimal, the arrow was in the middle of a green field (or even slightly to the left from the middle). After 40 minutes turn off the oven and leave under the lid for another half hour. The lid in the open! Decorate with berries as desired, or no decorating. Bon appetit!
