The soup is prepared in multivarka-pressure cooker (can be in just the slow cooker, not a bit worse, only time longer). And second - as part of the soup bulgur! Bulgur with mushroom soup makes a hearty, satisfying, delicious. A cook mushroom soup with barley. And for those who don't like barley, bulgur is replace it. Besides, by the time the bulgur is cooked faster barley.

To turn multivarku-cooker frying. Add in a bowl a few tablespoons of vegetable oil. After a few minutes of warm-up arrange the onion and carrot (I cut the onion squares, carrots rubbed on a coarse grater, but it's as you like). Stir fry the vegetables. There probably is not necessary to fry, and fry. At the time, approximately 10-15 minutes. Note: for frying someone in the cartoon and called the mode "roasting", who does not have this mode, the fries at the bakery. But, in any case, this is done with the lid open.

So the soup will be more intense taste. This, of course, all my IMHO, but I recommend that's right - leave it on autopedigree! Note: one pressure cooker and slow cooker just. The lid was closed, chose the program "Soup" or "Cooking", set the time. It will be approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour and 20 min.
