Cooking

step-0
To cook the couscous. 2 tablespoons of couscous, pour boiling water, add 1 tbsp olive oil and cover with a lid for swelling.
step-1
Make "gnocchi". Mix 2 tablespoons of any cream cheese with finely chopped greens and 1 slice of sliced ham (I had ham) 2 tbsp. of prepared couscous.
step-2
With the help of two teaspoons of the formed dumplings and coat them in Kus-Kusa. These dumplings can be submitted as a separate dish - well, they're just divinely delicious.
step-3
Bake the pumpkin. Slices of pumpkin cut into any size thickness of about 5-7 mm. Spread on parchment paper, generously grease them with olive oil (and extra to water), sprinkle with spices. I had French herbs. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Pumpkin salad prophetsa sauce and is simply delicious.
step-4
On a large platter spread the lettuce leaves. Better if it is mixed salad leaves. Since I have one kind of salad, I added thinly sliced radishes.
step-5
On top of the salad put the ham (jamon).
step-6
Add the pumpkin and gnocchi
step-7
Pour the sauce. After baking the pumpkin was very tasty and aromatic oil. Drain it into a bowl (I had about 1 tbsp), add 1 tbsp olivkovoe oil and 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Optionally, you can add your favorite herbs. Mix and season salad.
step-8
Lay the table and invite everyone to the table!
