Vegetable terrine
For the contest "Vegetable traffic light"

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Pepper

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Spinach

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Gelatin soak in water, let stand 30 minutes to dissolve when heated.

Chop the vegetables into small cubes.

Jellied sauce for vegetable terrine make butter, cheese and cream.

Mix cheese with cream, add the dissolved gelatin, garlic, salt, pepper. Beat another couple of minutes. In beaten sauce add the chopped spinach.

In cups the first layer put the sliced cucumber. Although, it does not matter. Cucumbers pour the sauce.

The next layer is a yellow pepper. The last layer is red pepper. Every layer is filled with sauce. Now remove the terrine in the refrigerator until fully cured.
