Cheese to grate on a coarse grater, softened butter knead, add flour. Divided into 4 parts and roll out thin rectangles and cut them into strips about 2-3 cm wide. Spread on a greased baking sheet and bake at 200 C until Golden brown. The second batch I just sprinkled the top with coarse salt, also very very good. BON APPETIT!!!
