Cooking
Why not add butter? I think it is too sugary and fatty. So, the cranberries, rinse and add water to cover berries. Bring to the boil, leave to stand for 15 minutes to soften berries. RUB the cranberries with the broth through a colander or sieve.
Add sugar and boil until it dissolves. Amount of sugar can be adjusted to your taste: if you want more sweet add 1 tbsp Eggs lightly beaten. Add a thin stream of cranberry juice. Pour the mixture into a saucepan with a thick bottom and put on a slow fire. Cook for 5-7 minutes until thick, stirring constantly. I to expedite the process, divided the mixture into two parts and cooked alternately. In the end, add 5 buds of cloves. To mitigate the pronounced flavor of eggs.
Cool and store in the refrigerator up to two weeks. I have so many never kept. ;) Ate it all before.
Now do similar things with orange: freshly squeezed orange juice boil with sugar and add into the beaten eggs.
Then cook for 5-7 minutes until thick Kurd. Do not forget to stir, not to get orange scrambled eggs :)
