Dear Cooks, I want to show the cake I was preparing my daughter for a contest for Valentine's Day at school! He was the winner because I really want to present it to You! Help yourself!

Bake the sponge cake 4 eggs, 150 grams sugar and 150 grams flour. Yolks separate from proteins and whisk well with the sugar until increase in volume in 2 times. Impregnate cakes syrup, prepared from 100 grams water and 100 grams of sugar. Bring to a full boil and the sugar is dissolved - remove from heat and let cool completely! Can be flavored syrup 1 tablespoon brandy or dessert wines!

For decorating the cake, prepare the cream "wet kiss." For this we need 3 egg whites, 150 g sugar, 0.5 sachet of vanilla sugar and citric acid on the tip of a teaspoon.

Remove from the water "baths" and beat for another 3-4 minutes to cool. At this stage you can add food coloring if using and want to get some colored cream. Fill cream pastry bag with nozzle and decorate with our "heart"! Refrigerate 2 hours and serve!
