Cooking
Include heat the oven to 190 degrees. While oven heats, mix the ingredients for the foundations - baby biscuits, melted butter (110g) and 3 tbsp sugar. Crumbs of biscuit, I do so - put it in a bag broken biscuits, laid out on the table and rolled it with a rolling pin. I think everybody does)) the Split form (I have 26cm) with baking paper, I put some axle grease it with vegetable oil, just a little bit. And put back our future Foundation, evenly distributing it on the bottom of the mold and tamping. Bake 8-10 minutes, watching the color. Take out and let cool completely on the form.
One can prepare caramel. In a saucepan melt butter, add brown sugar and vanilla sugar. The original recipe recommended to take 2 tsp. of vanilla. I took 2 tsp vanilla brown sugar. Bring to a boil and add condensed milk, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture darkens to a distinctive caramel color. It will take approximately 3-6 minutes.
Pour the hot caramel on the cooled base. Cooled and put into the fridge for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, beat with a mixer the cream with the icing sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Bananas are cut finely and very carefully podnesem them to the whipped cream.
Gently spread the cream with bananas on the base with caramel. Cooled 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Take out the cake from the refrigerator, remove the bumpers. Decorate with grated chocolate.
A pleasant tea for you and your family!
