Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Canned fish

    0.5 can

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

Boil the rice and cool.

To the rice add the mayonnaise, spices. Grate cheese on a fine grater. Proteins separated from the yolks. Proteins RUB on a small grater and add to the rice. With canned drain the fish thoroughly mash with a fork. Carefully stir the filling. Wet hands to roll balls of Rice-fish forcemeat size of a walnut or a little more.

Dill finely chop. Yolks RUB on a small grater. Half of the fish balls roll in the dill, half in the yolk.
