Going to nature, do not forget about tasty and healthy food! The recipe is extremely simple! So step number one. Prepare stuffing a mixture of beef and pork is based around 250-300 grams. per person.
Then add in the mince and finely chopped onion and cilantro. Flavored with a generous handful of cumin, salt and pepper to taste. Allow to stand for some time, and the time it takes fire.
Put the minced meat sausages (not too thick, that they are of gravity does not subside with sticks) and attach them to wooden sticks. Preferably sticks before cooking soak in water, so they don't burn when frying on the grill.
Cook the kebabs on the average for 10-15 mins on each side - it all depends on the heat and meat of course!
Served with "salad" - scalded onion half-rings, sprinkle with vinegar and sprinkle with dill. Bon Appetite!:)
