Khachapuri out of the oven
Amazingly delicious! Offer necessary to perform this wonderful recipe! Goes well with sweet tea, coffee for Breakfast, with tomato salad... and even wine! The khachapuri recipe that I found somewhere on the Internet, "Khachapuri out of the oven" that's my little digression in the title, because the original name I do not remember. This is probably the best, in my opinion, the recipe hachapuri!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Butter

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Dutch cheese

    450 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

To prepare everything necessary for the test products.

In a bowl, using a mixer with a nozzle "Corolla" mix to the state uniform crumb the flour, with chopped into little pieces of butter from the fridge + baking powder+ salt.

In a separate bowl pour the yogurt or kefir and add soda, stir with a whisk, mixer or beat with a fork, the process of quenching soda yogurt and the mixture will foam.

In flour crumbs, add sour milk with soda and stir with a spoon or electric mixer until smooth, kneading is not very steep dough.

Without touching with your hands ( not warmed from the heat of the hands), molded with a spoon the dough into a ball, cover with cling film and leave in the fridge for 30-40 minutes to cool.

While the dough is cooled, prepare the filling.

Grate cheese on a grater, add cheese or cottage cheese (with cheese I usually doselevel stuffing), and with cheese I like much more than a squeezed garlic, sour cream, egg and herbs, stir until smooth

Chilled divide the dough into two balls.

Roll out a ball the size of a little more baking.

Spread the rolled out layer of dough on a baking sheet.

Top evenly distribute the filling.

Roll out the second ball (same size) and cover them with the filling, gently suscipit the edge, sticking among themselves and with tucked, spread hands khachapuri on the baking sheet, let the excess dough settles in the folds, it's not terrible and press on the perimeter teeth of the fork, and prick with a fork khachapuri to make not swelled the dough. Put in a preheated 200 gr. oven for baking for 40-50 minutes (look at the ready) until Golden brown.
