Pears in meringue with cherry sauce
The basis of preparation of the dessert I took, many of us know, the recipe for "Drunken pear". Slightly modifying and adding to it, I got extremely tasty, tender and low calorie dessert.

Ingredients

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Jam

    70 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Carnation

    5 piece

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Fructose

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

To remove the zest from the orange with a vegetable peeler, and squeeze the juice.

In a narrow container (I used Turku, to add as little water) pour the water and add a cherry, low-calorie jam D arbo. Stir well.

Next, add the zest and juice of orange, a cinnamon stick, some dried flower buds of clove. Put on fire and bring to boil.

Pears wash and peel. Trim base of pears so she was steady.

Pears dipped in cherry syrup and boil for 10 minutes at moderate boiling.

Remove the pears from the syrup and leave to cool.

Protein to separate from the yolk and beat with a mixer. Add fructose and beat until stable peaks.

Using a pastry syringe to "dress" pears in protein mass. Put the pears in the oven at 100 degrees for an hour.

Syrup to which cooked the pear drain, add cornstarch and boil for 5 minutes on low heat.
