It's very simple but delicious dessert. Just have to try to cook it, to taste it. Sorry for the tautology, I specially made a play on words. Cooking is very simple, and the result will certainly please you.

Cooking
Prepare the products you see in this picture.
Milk pour into a saucepan and put on a small fire. Add the sugar and a pinch of saffron.
To grate the ginger and squeeze out the milk with ginger juice.
In a pan melt the butter and fry semolina on it.
When the milk is boiling, pour out the semolina and cook until thick 5-7 min, stirring constantly. On a dry pan fry the nuts almonds (or cashews). When the quinoa is ready the pre-soaked almonds and raisins to put into the porridge and mix well, leaving a little for decoration. To shift the semolina in a flat shape, flatten and put to cool for 1 hour. for gelation. When it hardens, cut into squares or diamonds and garnish with nuts and raisins and serve with tea or coffee.
While solidifies our dessert, we will prepare the tea. Indian tea is very different from our tea that it is always drink with milk. Spices fry in a hot dry skillet and grind in a mortar to a powder. Boil water mixed with milk, throw spices and dry welding.
Give the infusion 10 min, and then filtered and poured into cups or glasses. If you want you can add sugar to taste.
Dessert is served with tea or coffee. Can be served for lunch or as a separate dish, only with tea.
