Vanilla pannacotta with blueberry sauce
And for dessert today will offer all your favorite cotta with vanilla, yoghurt and a quick blueberry sauce. Gordon Ramsay reminds us that the blueberry is not only delicious berry, it is an excellent source of antioxidants and is good for the eyes.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    600 ml

  • Vanilla

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Gelatin

    8 piece

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Blueberries

    250 g

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

This famous dessert is quite simple. To begin to pour a bucket/a pot of milk and get vanilla bean. With a sharp knife cut the pod along the length with a knife the same wickable seeds, and sunflower seeds and put the pod into the milk.
