Sausages potato
Well, what is pork, known to many. It's sausages have cheese in them, bacon. They roasted on sticks over a campfire. And I have sausages made from potatoes and I roasted them in the oven. If You are interested, go take a look!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1.2 kg

  • Fat

    150 g

  • Onion

  • Sour cream

Cooking

Fat cut in small cubes and fry up to the point when you get cracklings.

Peel the onion and chop(not very finely).Add to bacon,fry until Golden brown.

Potatoes peel and grind in a meat grinder(or grate).

Mix the fried potato mixture,add eggs and sour cream(literally 4-5 tablespoons).Add spices and knead thoroughly.
