Cabbage stew with rice
This recipe was taught to me by my mother in law. Cook already 10 years )). Everything she does - simple, fast and original. Thank you for that! I think, too, such option like very much. For the contest "Fast from Moulinex"

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Figure

    5 Tbsp

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Onions and carrots chop and fry in a cauldron in vegetable oil

Add the tomato paste, stir, stew the mixture slightly. Shred cabbage and add to cauldron. Pour water so that the cabbage was lightly covered with salt. Saute for 10-15 minutes

When the cabbage has protesilas until soft, in the middle of the cauldron add the rice.

Add the rice with a spoon, spreading it in different directions from the center of the pot and "tucking" under the cabbage.
