Great pie with your favorite berries and cheese souffle. A pleasure. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2009 by user Julia called "Cake "Fruit basket"" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Blend butter with flour into crumbs.
Add 2 tbsp of sugar and 2 egg yolks. Stir. Gradually (one tablespoon) to enter the cold water. Look at the consistency test, we should get the ball. You may need more or less water.
It turns non-sticky dough. To put it in the fridge while we prepare the filling.
Mix cottage cheese, 4 tbsp of sugar, zest (if desired). Stir.
Separately vzbit in a solid foam proteins. Enter them in cottage cheese, stir gently.
Turns out tender cheese souffle (it can be served on their own, very tasty)!
Remove dough from refrigerator, roll it out fairly thin, put into a form with baking paper. Prick with a fork.
Put the dough in the preheated oven and bake at a temperature of 170-180 degrees until almost cooked (about 15-20 minutes, focus on your oven).
Frozen berries pre-thawed, drain excess juice, place in the dough. (If you don't like the sourness of the berries in baking, you can sprinkle it with sugar).
Bake at 170 degrees until Golden brown (about 45-55 minutes). When the cake was ready, I removed it from the mold, put in jail and kept in a closed turned off the oven to cool. Before serving you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
