Delicious, flavorful and simple to prepare puff. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    400 g

  • Orange zest

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Grate the zest of orange, mix with sugar and cinnamon.

Thinly roll out the dough (thickness 2-3 mm).

The entire surface of the dough sprinkle with orange sugar.

Roll the dough into a loaf.

Cut the roll slices thickness of about 5-7 mm.

Put the pieces on the Board, floured, and put in the fridge for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the snails with the remaining sugar and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 14-18 minutes, until Golden brown (sugar should be slightly caramelicious). Ready puff cool optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
